Returns

As we are wholesale business we sell b2b which means we are not governed by normal distance selling regulations. As such we do not offer refunds on our items due to the nature of our prices. Refunds will only be given for product deemed not fit for purpose and damged products. All customers must contact us in writing with 48 hours of reciept of goods to inform us of any missing or faulty items. Please make sure the items are packed and sent in the similar way as it is sent you, with the original tags still attached, to avoid being rejected.Please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your return once we have received your return. Refund timescales are dependent on method payment. 

A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return.

How do I return?

Once we have confirmed that the items can be returned package your items securely. Enclose your delivery note with your parcel so we know this parcel is yours. Not doing so will cause delays with your refund. Return your items within 3 days of confirmation from customer services.

So how long do I have to wait?..

Please allow 10 days for us to receive your return. Please allow up to 7 working days for us to process your return. Once this is back to us and it has been processed it will take the following time scales to get back in to your account;

Bank account payments 3-5 working days

Paypal 1-2 days
